Arrow crabs, also known as Yellow line arrow crabs, have extremely long spider-like legs with deep violet tips, a triangular-shaped body and an extremely pointed head. The carapace can reach lengths up to 2.4” while the legs can become 5” long. They are scavengers that come out at night and eat algae, worms, and dead organisms. They are territorial with their own kind so should be housed singly in any aquarium 90 gallons or less.
