Guarantee Policy

Guarantee: We believe in our products and our packing methods. We guarantee that our animals arrive alive.  If there is a problem with your order, please follow the steps below.

  1. Please email photos within 6 HOURS of the confirmed delivery date and time according to the UPS tracking website. This is required for Guarantee fulfillment.  Please email to info@conchcountryaquatics.com.
  2. Please provide information in your email regarding species and any visual conditions of animal and/or packaging damage at the time of receipt.
  3. We will replace, credit or refund on a case by case basis at the discretion of Conch Country Aquatics.
